Welcome to 1 Martin Place,
Set in a quiet cul de sac, you’ll find this super peaceful space. Perfect for a couples weekend away, with a large bedroom that features a kitchenette, a King-sized bed, and a ranch slider out on to a decked area. There is a separate bathroom and toilet area as well as a laundry / drying room area.
Sleeps a maximum of two people in one bedroom, one bathroom.
Bedroom: This area is a separate and private space which is attached to the house. There is a locked internal door which separates the two areas. There will not ever be anyone in the other side of the unit if you have booked this space.
Linen: The bed is made up with fresh sheets, towels, and pillowcases for your stay.
Bathroom – There is a large shower as well as a separate hand basin. This area also features a toilet. We also provide bathmats, handtowels, and a few rolls of toilet paper to start you off. We suggest that you bring your own personal face cloths etc if you would like.
Kitchenette – This area is based in the bedroom and features a kettle, toaster, and microwave. As well as a small bar fridge and bench cook top.
Entertainment: There is a small flat screen Tv in the room, as well as unlimited WIFI.
Heating – There are heaters in this space which heat the area efficiently and will keep you nice and warm.
Laundry/Drying Room: This area features a washing machine and dryer as well as a heater and dehumidifier. There is enough space for bike or ski and board storage in the wintertime.
Parking/outside – There is a separate entrance to the space, which leads through the laundry area. There is also a large, decked area which captures the afternoon sun. At the rear of the property, you will also be surrounded by a stream which adds to the peaceful and relaxing feeling this space gives. There is enough off-street parking for up to 1 car.
