This fully furnished lockwood style home is the perfect location for a holiday. Featuring the wrap around deck and BBQ for those summer nights entertaining, large brick fireplace and extra play space for the colder months, this home will keep you comfortable and enjoying what Ruapehu has to offer all year long!

Sleeps 6 across two bedrooms,

Bedroom one: contains 1x queen bed.

Bedroom two: contains 1 x queen bed and 1x set of bunk beds.

Linen: All beds have duvets and pillows. You can either bring your personal linen (sheets, pillowcases, towels etc.) or hire through Ruapehu Chalet Rentals. Your chalet will have bathmat/s and tea-towel/s, handtowels and dishcloths provided.

You can hire Linen from us – we will make sure this is made up on the beds prior to your arrival

Linen Hire is a flat rate and not charged per night.

Single $20.00 and Double $25.00 – This includes top and Bottom Sheets, Pillow cases and Towels.

Bathroom : This area has been recently renovated and features a shower over bath, a toilet as well as a vanity unit. There is a separate toilet located in the dry room/Laundry area.

Kitchen This area features a full fridge/freezer, oven, Stovetop, Microwave, Kettle, and Toaster.

Dining/lounge: There is a breakfast bench seat around the dining table suitable to seat four to six. The lounge area contains a large L shaped couch, with a small tv.

Rumpus area: This area located at the top of the stairs can be used for extra play space for children, or a quiet place to relax away from the main centre of the home.

Entertainment: there are various games, outdoor lawn games, books and DVDs to keep guests and children entertained. as well as Sky Tv and Freeview.

Heating – this home features a large brick wood burner located in the heart of the home.

Laundry/Drying Room: This Area has also been recently renovated, featuring a washer, laundry tub and a wall rack for drying your gear after a long day on the slopes.

Parking/outside –. This property features plenty of space for parking, accommodating up to three cars. The decently sized elevated section features a wrap around deck and a BBQ perfect for spring and summer night entertaining.
