Welcome to Mountain base (TM2)

Based right in the heart of Ohakune at the base of Mt Ruapehu – you’ll be sure to feel at home. This home features 2x Queen bedrooms as well as a Kids bunk room with 2 sets of bunks. You’ll be kept toasty warm with the wood burner in the main living area as well as additional heating in each bedroom. From the private decked area at the rear at the house you will get to see the mountain conditions without having to leave the warmth!

Sleeps 8 in 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom

Bedroom One – 1x Queen Bed (sleeps 2)

Bedroom Two – 1x Queen Bed (Sleeps 2)

Bedroom Three – 2x Sets of Bunks (Sleeps 4)

Linen: All beds have duvets and pillows. You can either bring your personal linen (sheets, pillowcases, towels etc.) or hire through Ruapehu Chalet Rentals. Your chalet will have bathmat/s and tea-towel/s
You can hire Linen from us – we will make sure this is made up on the beds prior to your arrival
Linen Hire is a flat rate and not charged per night.
Single $20.00 and Double $25.00 – This includes top and Bottom Sheets, Pillow cases and Towels.

Bathroom: This area features a separate bath, shower, and toilet as well as a vanity unit and on wall mirror. There are also two towel rails on the wall.

Kitchen: This area features a full fridge/freezer, oven, Stovetop, Microwave, Kettle, and Toaster.

Dining: There are two dining tables in this property. One table is based at the end of the kitchen with seating for four and the other table is based in the main living area and has seating for six.

Lounge: This area features a Large L Shaped couch with a Flat screen Television featuring Sky TV.

Entertainment: There are some board games in the Entertainment cabinet as well as unlimited WIFI and SKY TV.

Heating: There is a large wood burner in the main living area, as well as additional heating in each bedroom.

Laundry/Drying Room: This area features a clothes hanger, washing machine and wash tub.

Parking/outside – There is enough off-street parking available for up to Three cars.
