Bedroom one: 1x Queen bed ( Master sleeping 2)
Bedroom two: 1x Queen bed ( sleeping 2)
Bedroom three: 1 x Queen bed ( sleeping 2)
Linen: all beds have duvets and pillows plus mattresses and pillow protectors. You can either bring your personal linen (sheets, pillowcases, towels) or hire through Ruapehu Chalet Rentals. Your chalet will have bathmat(s) and tea towels.
You can hire linen from us – we will make sure this is made up on the beds prior to your arrival.
Linen Hire is a flat rate and not charged per night.
Single $20.00 and double $25.00 – this includes top and bottom sheet, pillowcases and towels
Bathroom : There is a jack and Jill full bathroom accessed by two rooms, a separate toilet in the main area, and the master also has a full ensuite.
Kitchen : brand new appliances and amenities, plenty of storage and a kitchen island to suit all levels of cooking and entertaining.
Dining: open plan in the main area with the kitchen and living,
Lounge: open plan with the kitchen and dining, ranch slider doors leading to the outdoor decking area.
Laundry : fully equipped laundry with washer, drier and plenty of storage.
Entertainment: 75 Inch smart TV, Unlimited WIFI and a 6 person spa pool. The Master bedroom also features a wall mounted tv.
Heating – there is 5 heat pumps located in this home, one in each bedroom, one in the living area, and one in the dry room. The main area also features a wood burner fire.
Drying Room: located close to the garage and entry way, featuring a heat pump and retractable clothesline.
Garage: 3 bay internal access garage, with plenty of room and plugs to charge E bikes.
Parking –. 3 bay internal garaging, plus 2 car parking outside, parking up to 5 cars
Outside: semi rural, 2.7km to the Junction, 2.5km to the local Isite. Outdoor seating area on the deck with the 6 person hot tub. Lawn area has been grass seeded currently and growing well for future lawn play and enjoyment. This home has electronic door for access.
